By accessing and using www.linkcad.com (the "Site") and purchasing or using LinkCAD software, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the LinkCAD License Agreement.

2. Products and Services

Gehriger Engineering provides the LinkCAD CAD file conversion software available for download on this Site. All software is delivered electronically. After purchase, you receive a Registration Code or Network License that converts the trial version into a registered version.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is accepted via credit card (through Ecwid) or wire transfer. Educational institutions receive a 50% discount upon verification.

4. Refund Policy

Since a fully functional free trial version is available for evaluation before purchase, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

5. Upgrades

All purchases include one year of free upgrades. After the first year, upgrades are available at the then-current upgrade price. Existing customers can check their upgrade eligibility on the download page.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Gehriger Engineering and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gehriger Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the software.
